The Municipal Civil Registrar’s Office joined the Mobile Registration and Legal Aid Mission on October 23, 2025, in Barangay Sta. Cruz, Magalang, Pampanga. The activity offered civil registration services—like late birth, marriage, and other documents—to residents with limited access to government offices.

In partnership with the LGU and legal service providers, the initiative promoted accessible legal identity and strengthened our commitment to inclusive community service.

As part of our ongoing commitment to accessible and responsive public service, the Municipal Civil Registrar's Office joined the Katarungan Caravan in Sta. Cruz, Magalang, Pampanga. Alongside agencies such as the PSA, NBI, and other legal service providers, we extended essential civil registry services to the community — supporting the government's mission to deliver justice and documentation services directly to the people.

As part of our continuing efforts to bring civil registry services closer to the community, the Municipal Civil Registrar's Office conducted a Mobile Registration activity at the Turu Barangay Hall. The team interviewed residents who have no existing birth records and accommodated individuals with various civil registry concerns. This outreach initiative helps ensure that every citizen has access to legal documentation and vital registration services, especially those who face challenges reaching the municipal office. 

February 19, 2025

In celebration of love, family, and legal union, the Municipal Civil Registrar's Office conducted a Kasalang Bayan at the Magalang Gymnasium. This free mass wedding ceremony provided an opportunity for unwed couples to legalize their union in the presence of family, friends, and the community. The event reflects our commitment to strengthening families and promoting the importance of civil registration. Couples were officially united under the law through the joint efforts of the Local Government Unit and the MCR Office.
